Very chill place tsukemen was very tasty definitely going again
View on GoogleThe shop I was aiming for had closed early due to shortened hours, so I visited Eizo. I had the 200g mazesoba. It was nice that the onions and such still had their texture. However, maybe because the staff are young, their fairly loud private chatter bothered me. I felt that at least the kitchen staff should wear masks.
View on GoogleHello, nice to meet you. The other day, in the rain ☂️, I had plans to go to the Nishitokyo City area of Tokyo, so I took the train and got off at Higashi-Fushimi Station, and in the rotary area in front of the station is the ramen and tsukemen shop I visited this time. This time I had tsukemen rather than ramen. The tsukemen I ordered this time was a shrimp 🦐 tsukemen with a very strong shrimp broth. Also, the shrimp broth had plenty of sakura shrimp in it, a good shrimp broth. This time I had the shrimp tsukemen in a medium portion with toppings of seasoned egg, nori, and chashu. If you like crustaceans or don't dislike them, this is a tsukemen I highly recommend. There's also a large portion and a challenge menu, so I recommend them if you can eat a lot. I'll attach the details in the images. Thank you.
View on GoogleI used to commute to work around here over 10 years ago but didn't remember this shop; went in by chance. From the entrance it's a long narrow space with about 10 counter seats, kitchen at the back, toilet front left, and about 6 tables on the right; quite a few people were having draft beer at lunchtime. Lately I've been thinking I should stop trying new places, since it's over 1000 yen, after all. There was a part-time guy inside the counter; when I asked what he recommended, he said he didn't know and just left it at that—you could tell nobody was really manning the counter. Rich soy sauce ramen with a lunch set over 1000 yen, but oh, they take PayPay with Nishitokyo City's 10% cashback, which saved my mood.
View on GoogleI had the mazesoba. When I added the chili oil for a flavor change, the spiciness was just right and it was very delicious. Also, I left something behind and contacted the shop to ask if it was there; they had kept it for me, and when I said I'd head over now, they brought it all the way to the station ticket gate. Wonderful service, I'm so grateful 🙇♀️ Sorry for the trouble, thank you so much 😭
