View on GoogleThis is a Chinese ramen restaurant popular for tantanmen and sanratanmen. I've known this chain for about 20 years, but I get the impression the taste has changed in the last few years. Perhaps in the past you couldn't choose the type of noodle, but now you can choose thin, medium, and knife-cut noodles. However, I feel like it used to be a noodle between thin and medium. I liked that. Also, the punch of the sesame seems to have become a bit milder. It's still delicious so I'll repeat, but it feels like it's becoming unsatisfying in terms of taste.
View on GoogleI stopped by while waiting for the planetarium screening at the Tama Rokuto Science Museum 😊 This time I ordered Suratanmen with medium-thick Yangzhou noodles 🍜 The balance between the spicy and sour taste is good, it's consistently delicious whenever I eat it, and it's a taste that becomes addictive. Adding vinegar halfway through softens the acidity, which is one way to enjoy it. They say the thin Yanmian noodles are most recommended for Suratanmen, but even with medium-thick noodles, the soup clung well, and I could fully feel the spiciness and richness. The inside of the store is spacious, and the parking lot is also large. I think it's a shop that is easy to use for families or those using a car ✨
View on GoogleIt was very delicious. I was satisfied with the lunch as the service was also provided with many smiles. Asking if jasmine tea was okay showed they were very considerate. The tea was also delicious. Of course, the super spicy Suratanmen is also delicious! I ate it while sweating in this season! Thank you for the meal.
View on GoogleThe energy is amazing. A lively dining table. Went on a holiday lunch, it was full, and there were 6 people waiting in line. Since I don't like spicy food, I skipped the recommended Sanratanmen and went for Yangzhou Shio Ramen. The soup is good, but the low-carb noodles are a bit dry. Next time I want to try the knife-cut noodles. Yangzhou Shio Ramen 1300 yen 6 gyoza (free with coupon)
