Excellent food, inconsistent service. I visited this place with my girlfriend, drawn by the fact that they serve porchetta, which is extremely hard to find in Japan. Despite there being several empty tables, both we and other customers had to wait outside for a long time; the kitchen was likely struggling to keep up with orders. It’s not for me to judge their management style, but it was a notable wait. The quality of the ingredients is excellent and the pizzas are very well-topped! Margherita: It was slightly drier and crispy than a classic Neapolitan-style pizza. Whether that's a plus or a minus is subjective, but for me, it was a plus. The high-quality mozzarella and tomato sauce gave me an immediate "deja-vu" of authentic Italian flavors. Pizza Bianca with Porchetta: This was very generously topped with porchetta, arugula, cherry tomatoes, red onion, mozzarella, and what I believe was ricotta. It was delicious! My only minor complaint is that the spices added after cooking were a bit too overpowering and, in my opinion, masked the flavor of the main ingredient. It tasted like a lemony spice mix, possibly thyme. Tiramisu: For dessert, we had what was likely a homemade tiramisu. It had a strong coffee flavor and a very yellow mascarpone cream, suggesting the use of real egg yolks. This was the "sore point" of our experience. While the staff in the dining area were busy, they seemed inattentive. We and several other tables had to ask for basic items like missing drinks, significantly delayed orders, or wet wipes. The person who appeared to be the manager or head waiter lacked customer focus; his responses were consistently curt and lacked empathy. I understand being busy, but that shouldn't negatively impact the guest's experience. On a positive note, a couple of employees—especially the young man with red nail polish—provided attentive service that made up for the shortcomings of others. The bill was fair given the quality of the ingredients: 5,000 yen for a Margherita, a Porchetta pizza, two Coke and a tiramisu. Overall, recommended!

Food was very good but it takes forever. Only come here if you are willing to wait over an hour just for pasta. Manager needs to do something about the speed at which they serve food. Waited an hour for pizza and pasta took 90 minutes. The one lady serving us was very kind but can only give one star for service because of how long we waited.

Great food and drinks, the cocktails are amazing and the spicy olive oil pairs nicely with the pizzas if you want a little extra flavor. In nice weather, the terrace is a wonderful spot to enjoy your meal. I definitely recommend it. Cozy and quality food and drinks.
