This place serves top notch burgers. Lucky if can get here with no reservation. Every person who entered establishment is requested to order some food or drink. Burgers are great. Its an open kitchen therefore food preparation may be watched. Cozy little place with America's Wild West decor. Just a short walk from an entrance to a Subway station. You will be asked to map out your own burger if you order one. Ours were just hyper delicious. Food 5 of 5 Service 5 of 5 Cleanliness 4 of 5 Parking - none Value for money 5 of 5
View on GoogleVery fun 30s/40s style American Burger bar. Fun wall decorations and music. Friendly staff! And great food
View on GoogleBrilliant burger restaurant ran by a really friendly team. The food is made to order so there is a little wait for it - but it is worth it.
View on GoogleThis was our savior as it was one of the few shops open just after 7 in the area surrounding the Harry Potter studio tour (which is unbelievable, considering the amount of people coming out at that time). I really like the early-XX-century-New York ambient from the place. The burgers were good but nothing special. I felt like they had flavor but it was largely opaqued by the bread, which seemed to be disproportioned in size as compared to the rest.
View on GoogleA Shocking Display of Discrimination! We visited this shop as a group of four adults and an 8-year-old child. Upon arrival, the female shop assistant informed us that each person had to order a meal, which we had no issue with. Once seated, my daughter placed a small candy on the table. Almost immediately, the shop assistant, with a stern and unfriendly expression, told us that outside food was not allowed. Though I personally don’t consider candy to fall under the same category as actual food, we respected their rules and put it away. Everything seemed fine—our salads and drinks arrived, and we were enjoying our conversation. Then, out of nowhere, the cook (who I assume is also the owner) approached our table with the bill and pre-packed food. Confused, we asked what was happening. To our shock, he told us that he had already prepared our burgers and that we needed to leave—simply because he had seen, via CCTV, that my daughter had eaten the candy. This was absolutely absurd! He had been spying on an 8-year-old from the kitchen just to catch her eating a piece of candy? The fact that he went to such lengths to justify kicking us out was both disturbing and ridiculous. We started arguing with him, questioning how such a ridiculous rule could even exist. When we asked, “What about a baby needing to drink milk?” his shocking response was: “Yes, the baby must go outside to drink milk.” At that point, it was clear that this place had no sense of logic, kindness, or basic human decency. We will never, ever visit this shop again. For a Japanese establishment, in a country that prides itself on exceptional customer service and the spirit of omotenashi, this was nowhere near it. An absolute disgrace. Avoid this place at all costs. No customer deserves to be treated like this.
