Here is your rare english review This restaurant food is like dining in your grandma's house, feels traditional but the taste hits home. You can google translate the menu and pretty much get the gist of it, and most like any japanese cuisine, the portion won't disapoint you.

Super local and chill, good food, very homemade feeling to it. The menu is slight hard to read and it can be slightly long to wait but it's worth it. I like this place a lot.

The ham katsu is excellent. Assortment ③ 950 yen. Large portion 150 yen. Ham katsu x2, Aji fry x2, salad, soup. There is volume in the side dishes, but the rice is small even if it is a large portion. The gyoza that others ordered looked big and delicious.

What I want to convey, is it the taste? Or is it nostalgia? But what is certain is that it is a canteen in the middle of the locals. Such a canteen, I want to convey it, and I want to leave it. The ham katsu that everyone orders first. This is delicious. Because potato salad is wrapped in ham and fried. Already, the beer keeps flowing♪ Wonderful. Shakujii Park, it's nice. Thank you for the meal.

It is a canteen full of retro feel and nostalgia, as if time has stopped since the Showa era. I visited after 15:00 on a holiday, but even though it was not meal time, the store was crowded. I ordered a large portion of katsu curry. Because the elderly couple cooks one by one carefully, I waited a little until the food was served. The moment I took a bite of the curry that came out, my late grandmother's face came to mind. It's a very gentle taste. Old-fashioned curry rice that can be enjoyed by both adults and children. I think this is the ideal form of one curry rice. It was really delicious.
