a wonderful little spot with both authentic and original Nepali/Indian fare. everything is essentially made to order so it may take a while for food to come out but it’s all quite delicious. the owner has access to a real tandoor and the tandoor naans are excellent.

Swatantra, a creative Nepali cuisine restaurant located near Shin-Sakuradai Station. I have been using it for a long time. The dishes made by the cheerful owner are all delicious. This time I had Indian curry for lunch. The other curries are also excellent! The chicken tikka is also delicious so I order it for takeout. There are dishes that contain cilantro so it is recommended for cilantro lovers. For those who don't like it, of course it's okay if you tell them in advance to leave it out. The naan also releases sweetness the more you chew it, it's delicious even just eating the naan. Inside the shop there are paintings bought from Nepal, you can feel a little bit of the atmosphere of a foreign land. They are always taking care of the flowers in front of the shop, the beautiful flowers are also lovely.
