I had tempura soba ➕ egg for 770円. Broth➡︎ A gentle dashi fragrant with bonito flakes. Wonderful broth anyone would love! Soba➡︎ The new-harvest soba is delicious! Tempura➡︎ A large shrimp, shishito pepper, and sweet potato! I was shocked! It's 700円, you know!? Is it really okay to include tempura like this? And it's genuinely delicious.☺️ Capacity➡︎ About 8 tables of various sizes inside. Parking➡︎ None, so use a nearby paid parking lot. Accessibility➡︎ Table seating with chairs that aren't fixed in place, so no problem. Payment➡︎ Cash only. Overall➡︎ Delicious. Above all, cheap! I've been into soba lately and eating lunch almost exclusively at soba restaurants, but this place ranks very highly! Even a low estimate puts tempura soba over 1000円. Especially at elegant places! This is an everyday soba restaurant in the best sense. Fantastic! 3 minutes on foot from Nakamurabashi Station!

Since it's a soba restaurant, there are plenty of dishes besides ramen, but this time I ordered chashu-men. It's better than the ramen shops around. The flavor is somehow nostalgic, and I don't think I'd tire of it no matter how often I came. Despite the times, chashu-men is 700円 and ramen is just 500円, so it's easy on the wallet too. The entrance feels a little uninviting, but once inside, the atmosphere isn't bad. The service was polite, and I felt comfortable. I'll be back.

An old-fashioned everyday diner. The entrance is inconspicuous, but it's surprisingly spacious inside. Mostly tables for groups, with room for an easy 20 people, I'd say. The menu is extensive, but a photo of sukiyaki udon on the wall caught my eye, and I decided immediately. Several price-revision stickers on the menu give a sense of its history. Being able to eat essentially anything on the menu for 850円 or less, tax included, is very fair. There are elementary and junior high schools nearby, and I felt this must be a good dining spot for teachers and local residents. When I visited, a young person who seemed to have been coming since childhood was telling the owner and his wife about securing a job. I hope diners like this keep going forever.

A soba restaurant near Nakamurabashi Station. It looks like an old-fashioned everyday diner, and the interior is fairly spacious. Besides soba, the extensive menu includes set meals, curry, omurice, and gyoza. The ginger pork set with lots of cabbage was delicious.

Overall service 2 Customer service 3 Taste 2 Speed 3 Atmosphere 3 Value for money 2 I'd been curious for a long time, but this was my first lunchtime visit. The extensive menu left me a little undecided, but I went with the mood and ordered katsudon. It was okay. The seasoning is strong, and the cutlet is thin and finely cut, so it's easy to eat but doesn't feel substantial. Also, the miso soup is bad. The staff were kind, and the atmosphere was more or less what I'd imagined, so I was fairly satisfied, but for these kinds of dishes, I think a chain restaurant would be more satisfying in taste and value. All things considered, I feel like I'll go again.
