I ordered 醤油ラーメン. A neighborhood Chinese restaurant. A light broth and thin, straight noodles. After finishing the noodles, I enjoyed the broth with a ramen spoon. I prefer firm noodles, so these felt soft to me, but they were delicious. When I paid, the lady gave me some 餅太郎 snack as a free treat.

I'd been curious about this neighborhood place but never managed to stop by. Finally made my first visit the other day. Simply delicious! The 餃子 were packed with filling and super tasty. I ordered 広東麺, and the soup had a really gentle flavor, which was nice. Just as rumored, the bill was announced as 「○○万円!」 I also got some snacks at the end. ※The husband was cooking the 餃子 that time, but when I paid, his wife said, 「The 餃子 taste better when I cook them」, so I'll try to time my next visit accordingly (haha) ※Cash payments only!

A neighborhood Chinese restaurant in 平和台. I stopped by after 18:00 on a weekend after hearing that it was run by the parents of 遊菜's proprietress. A bright light in a residential area, with a weathered exterior and retro interior. Run by a married couple. The lady loves chatting. Perhaps because we had the place to ourselves, she stayed with us and kept us company. Very cheap menu. I ordered チャーハン半ラーメンセット, and my companion ordered 青菜入り担々麺. Simple, home-style flavors (the complete opposite of 遊菜), with large portions too. The complimentary simmered dish had a gentle flavor. At checkout, she playfully delivered her signature line, 「〇〇万円～」. So warm lol

It's been several years since I moved to 練馬, and I finally made it here! As everyone says, the exterior makes it intimidating to enter, but once I gathered my courage and stepped inside, a warm proprietress welcomed me. ※A certain Tabelog listing says 20:30, but the actual closing time is 20:00, so please be careful. 【Food】 S-so delicious〜〜! In this Reiwa era, is it really okay to get 半ラーメン, チャーハン, and 2 small side dishes (tofu and salad that day) for 850円!? Several other menu items caught my eye too… I'm curious about omurice at a neighborhood Chinese restaurant, and their signature 餃子 too. I'd also love some fried chicken with Shaoxing wine, so coming for drinks sounds good. While still waiting for my food, I'd already decided to return. 【Atmosphere】 Somehow, it has the comforting feel of my parents' home. There aren't many tables, but it's comfortable and lifts your spirits. 【Payment】 Cash only. They're happy if you pay with small change too (haha) 【Overall】 As others have written, the portions were quite substantial, but strangely enough, you really can finish everything. It's quiet in a good way, letting you enjoy your meal peacefully. Recommended for anyone tired of the hectic city atmosphere. I'll be back！！！！

Saturday lunch, got in without waiting. Enjoying neighborhood Chinese food. My second visit to this restaurant. The proprietress is friendly and loves chatting(^^). Perhaps because she's like everyone's mother, there are lots of young male regulars too. Ordered 広東麺 and 餃子. The thick sauce on the 広東麺 isn't a sweet-savory soy sauce glaze; it has a light flavor. The 餃子 are small but packed with filling and satisfying to eat.
