The noodles can be changed to 刀削麺. I took the opportunity to choose 刀削麺 and enjoyed the chewy texture. The mala flavor isn't too strong and feels refreshing

The only difference was that the mizuna had been replaced with spinach. The large serving is quite substantial! I can't get enough of the texture of 刀削麺, with its wobbly edges and chewy center. The soup isn't all that spicy, but the numbing sensation is distinctive. Taking an occasional sip of cold water confirms that my tongue is tingling and numb. Personally, that's the fun part lol

８, ２０２４ The rice isn't good. Both the flavor and portion size are average for a Chinese restaurant run by foreigners. Even if I'm nearby at mealtime, next time I'll go somewhere else.

I visited for lunch because I wanted 刀削麺. I ordered 麻辣牛バラ麺. The mala flavor goes really well with the chewy 刀削麺. The mala flavor here is just to my taste.
