Some dishes are tasty if you choose carefully, but my impression was that the flavors felt a little careless rather than authentically Chinese—vague flavors, you could say. For your own sake, it's better not to go when there's a party. Noisy Customers talk so loudly you can't even have a conversation This visit highlighted the worst aspects of a neighborhood Chinese restaurant, and I left after thirty or forty minutes. It was a miserable experience. Though I did feel sorry for the female staff member, who was struggling too.

Apparently the owner has changed, and although the name is the same, it's a completely different Chinese restaurant from before. Every dish shows the chef's skill. However, even if the food arrives and you think, “Huh? This looks different from the menu photo!”, there's no need to worry. It still ends up being delicious in its own way lol. So personally, it's OK 🙆‍♀️ I was especially surprised by the 黒酢豚. It was exactly the signature dish of Nerima's famous 唐苑 lol Even the mountain yam accompaniment was the same. Although the meat's tenderness differed, the flavor was fairly well recreated too. However, if they provide a sharp knife🍴, it's personally OK 🙆‍♀️ You have to ask for small sharing plates every single time, And you have to ask for serving spoons every single time too. However, if you ask, they bring them with a smile, so “you just need to ask” lol, and personally, it's OK 🙆‍♀️ The フカヒレタンメン also looks quite different from the menu photo lol The base is soy sauce flavored. However, the soup has a somewhat nostalgic Japanese neighborhood Chinese flavor, so personally, it's OK 🙆‍♀️ Every dish is seasoned to Japanese tastes and goes well with drinks. So overall— Personally, it was OK 🙆‍♀️ lol

This was my first visit, but both the service and the food were very disappointing. This happened when I visited around 20:00. I'll never go again, but I'm writing this review in the hope that it serves as a warning to anyone considering going. 【Disappointing points】 ①I ordered 麻辣湯, but the actual dish was far too different from the menu. Ingredients specifically listed on the menu were missing. ②The menu said 1280円 (tax included), with up to 1 rice refill. I pointed to that menu when ordering 麻辣湯, yet I was charged 1480円 at checkout. ③When I pointed out the above, there was no apology whatsoever. No thank-you either. No water, either. -------- ①The contents were as follows. ○Ingredients listed on the menu in the 1st photo ・Tsumire A huge amount included ・Shrimp balls Not included ・Glass noodles A small amount included ・Enoki A small amount included ・Wood ear mushrooms Included ・Thinly sliced beef Included ・Sausage A huge amount of something like thinly sliced ham? ・Bean sprouts Included ・Bok choy Not included (a small amount of komatsuna was included) ・Fried tofu A huge amount included ・Quail eggs Not included (when I said they were missing, they added 1 and brought it back. No apology) ○Not on the menu, but included ・Chikuwa A huge amount included ・Imitation crab sticks 2.3 sticks included ・Wakame Included ○Overall impression There were huge amounts of tsumire, fried tofu, and chikuwa, almost no glass noodles or vegetables—a pot full of processed fish products. Only the soup and wood ear mushrooms made it feel like 麻辣湯. I was sad because I'd been looking forward to it. ②At the register, I was charged 1480円 and was confused. When I said the menu says 1280円, doesn't it, That's the lunch menu! You had rice (medium), didn't you! That's 200円!! That was the reply, with harsh wording and an irritated tone. By the way, 麻辣湯 is only listed in the part shown in the attached photo, and after I ordered, they came over to ask, “Do you want large, medium, or small rice?” (Since the menu also says up to 1 rice refill, I naturally assumed it was included), so I answered medium. If the prices and contents differ between lunch and dinner, I think the restaurant has an obligation to state that clearly so customers understand. The way they asked about rice was strange too. If it costs extra, given that all I ordered was 麻辣湯, it's odd to come over later asking, “Do you want large, medium, or small rice?” as though ordering rice is a given. To avoid misunderstandings, shouldn't they first ask, “Rice costs extra; would you like some?” and then ask customers who say yes, “What size would you like?” Afterward, I said that I ordered based on the menu and didn't know their rule that this was a lunch menu; there was no way I could know because the evening price wasn't listed. They then changed it to 1280円 while grumbling in Chinese. There was no apology. What should have been an enjoyable dinner became a sad experience.

I went in because a poster for a new menu item was displayed outside. It wasn't on either the lunch menu or the main menu, so I ordered by asking for the dish on the poster outside. ✔︎麻辣燙+rice Smooth glass noodles in a mildly spicy pork-bone-based soup made with traditional medicinal herbs. Packed with ingredients such as chikuwa, processed fish products, wood ear mushrooms, pork, bean sprouts, and leafy greens. To finish, I poured the soup and ingredients left at the bottom over the rice and ate it all. The bill ended up being 1,280円. The 麻辣燙 at nearby 八鮮大連餃子 costs 990円 and comes with rice and 2 appetizers. That place wins on taste, portion size, and price. Apparently the lunch sets here come with free 麻婆豆腐 and soup, so ordering a set might be better. Thank you for the meal.

Visited around 14:00 on Sunday. I was looking for a place where I could use PayPay's 10% cashback campaign, so I had quite a hard time finding lunch. When I entered, I was told to sit wherever I liked, so I took a table and ordered 担々麺+half a portion of fried rice. They said they could also make 冷やし担々麺, but I asked for the warm version. It arrived in about 10 minutes. The fried rice was tiny lol The 担々麺 wasn't piping hot either. I wanted to eat it while blowing on it and working up a sweat. Thank you for the meal. There really were a lot of menu options.
