The pizza I had at the Italian restaurant in Musashiseki surprised me with the aroma of the dough and the chewy texture from the very first bite. The abundant cheese melted, the juicy acidity of the tomatoes, and the umami of the ingredients harmonized perfectly, so I enjoyed it until the last slice without getting bored. The lemon tart for dessert had a good balance of refreshing acidity and gentle sweetness, a perfect dish after a meal. It went perfectly with the accompanying ice cream, and it was a very satisfying dinner. It's a wonderful restaurant where you can casually enjoy authentic Italian food, and I would like to visit again.

Delicious every time I eat it. A restaurant from the strongest pizza group in the country that has even become a world champion at an international competition held in Italy. What clearly sets it apart from other pizzerias is the abundance of dishes such as appetizers, pasta, and main courses. I don't think there are many places even in the city center that call themselves a pizza shop with this kind of content. They serve local Nerima vegetables and ingredients gathered from all over the country combined with high-grade ingredients from Italy. Honestly, putting aside the 'why in Musashiseki?' question, this is an authentic pizza shop that locals frequent. You can spend such a relaxed time that you might think you're in Italy 💪

It's a bit pricey, but you can eat delicious pizza baked in a kiln. It seems they won some competition, as there was a trophy on display. There aren't many places around here where you can eat authentic pizza, so it's a valuable shop.

It was truly wonderful. My image of Italian food compared to French, where the cooking process is more restrained and the ingredients themselves are delicious, was overturned. Of course, there were dishes where the ingredients themselves were delicious, but both appetizers were carefully prepared, and the tempo between the effort and the ingredients was very vivid. Although it's a bit far, it's a shop I definitely want to visit again.

You can enjoy delicious pizza that has won 1st place in the world & Italian-based cuisine. The pizza is reasonably priced at around 1100 to 2500 yen! The thin, chewy dough is very delicious. Even after eating salad, meat dishes, and pasta, it's light in a good way so that everyone can easily finish one whole pizza by themselves. There's no junk-food greasiness, it doesn't cause heartburn or heaviness, it's chewy and melty, and you can eat as much as you want! Although it's in a minor location called Musashiseki Station on the Seibu Shinjuku Line, it's about 15 minutes by bus from Kichijoji Station. For pizza lovers, this is a shop you should try at least once. The salad and meat dishes are also delicious, and it's quite a favorite shop of mine.
