View on GoogleWhen you think, "Let's have a delicious steak around here!" Haven't most people already been to this place? It's a restaurant that has long been loved locally, and I think it's a special place to visit with family or close friends on happy occasions and special days. Once you're at 万世, you tend to think, since you're here, you might as well have Japanese Black wagyu… But this time I ordered a 270g Angus beef steak, medium rare. Absolutely the right choice!! It was thick, looked great, and the meat was so tender✨ The sinew and such had been properly trimmed, making it easy to cut with a knife. It was juicy, and I thoroughly enjoyed the taste and aroma of lean beef. It seemed rather rare for medium rare, so next time I'd like to try ordering medium. Also, I think letting it rest properly after most of the cooking is done is what makes it tender, but it was a little disappointing to lose the pleasure of seeing the butter on top melt and sizzle. It's a tricky balance when cooking thick meat… And one thing I always think about🙏 The speed of service. The meat always arrives very quickly, which is wonderful… (I understand opinions differ from person to person) But as someone who enjoys a drink with the meal, I'd like to savor the salad and soup, sip my drink little by little, pause for a moment, and then have the meat make its grand entrance… The meat always arrives while I'm still enjoying the salad and soup, which makes this part feel a little rushed as a diner. Perhaps I could order the salad and soup first, then order the main at the right time, but with a set menu, you have to order the main… When it isn't busy, would it be all right to ask for the serving timing to be adjusted? I'd appreciate your consideration.
View on GoogleIt's a little pricey. Last time I ordered hamburg steak and steak, but the steak was a little tough, which was disappointing. This time I had yakiniku. I'd recommend this more. For juice, the mixed juice is rich and delicious. For some reason it comes with pork soup. Pork soup is unusual, but delicious.
