View on GoogleThis is my favorite ramen shop in the neighborhood. It's a classic tonkotsu-style ramen with a thick, pork-based broth and thick noodles. The toppings are chashu (roasted pork) and spinach, and you can add more if you like. They also have free chopped onions, which surprisingly go really well with the ramen. I always order a side of rice, which is also a perfect match for the ramen.
