I really enjoyed my visit recently to the Nerima Art Museum. They had a wonderful sculpture garden, obviously geared toward children, but still fun to view. I'm sure it becomes a standard social media photo site. The special exhibit on the second floor was an artist clearly going through their "Blue Period". All of their artwork were shades of deep blue color. I'm sorry I didn't pay closer attention to who the artist was or any of the artist's background. I actually enjoyed the outdoor garden more than the repetitive artwork inside in any case. It was a fun museum to visit!

Hidden gem in Nerima, very good and lovely art museum with surprise pieces of art, a rich collection compared to a small local museum in Tokyo.

A middle sized museum of Nerima City. Attractive curation.

As for the art museum, it has no permanent exhibition and is basically "open but idle"; apparently it's just occasionally rented out as an event venue for ward residents. It's a waste, since it's close to the station and the building has such a solid feel. The park was fairly well maintained.
