Their meat has waaaay too much fat content. There's so much fat in here there's very little of it that's actually edible. My attempt to surgically remove all the fat in my piece of beef left me with maybe 20% of original quantity, and it was still super fatty enough to make my broth an absolutely gross, greasy mess. Also their servers are clearly overworked even though you almost never interact with them because you order your food through a touch panel. So service wise, you can only expect bellow average service.

My family visited 和食しゃぶしゃぶ かごの屋 練馬区役所前店. It's very accessible, a 5-minute walk from Nerima Station's west exit, along Mejiro-dori near Nerima Ward Office. We ordered quite a feast this time! • Sukiyaki set (made with premium selected beef, wonderfully tender with a sweet-savory flavor) • Premium selected beef teppanyaki (juicy and full of meaty flavor) • Tempura set (crispy batter with fresh shrimp and vegetables) • なでしこ set (a well-balanced Japanese meal set) To finish, we shared a かごの屋アイスパフェ. It was generously sized and cute-looking, and the children loved it. The interior is spacious, so families can relax comfortably. The table seating is roomy, making it comfortable without worrying about the children moving around. The calm, modern Japanese atmosphere kept the conversation flowing. The staff were kind and pleasant too. A particularly recommended place for Japanese food in Nerima. Besides sukiyaki and shabu-shabu, there's a wide selection of set meals, making it perfect for family celebrations or everyday dining. I'd like to go again!
