It's a bit of a walk from the station. The lettering 青森 catches your eye. Since it's been operating for so long even in this slightly lonely location, perhaps the food is good? I went in wanting the oyster and uni set, only to find it was a 10th-anniversary set. I don't drink sake, but they have some quite good ones. The sashimi was fresh and good too. Customers included people stopping for a quick drink on their way home and friends enjoying themselves together. I've found a nice, quiet place to drink at my own pace.
View on GoogleTheir dedication to ingredients is wonderful, and you can feel their conscientious work in every dish. This restaurant brings out seasonal flavors to the fullest, carefully preparing and serving delicious food beautifully. Every dish has a dependable deliciousness that makes you nod involuntarily with each bite. It's easy to understand its popularity. Advance reservations are strongly recommended, especially when visiting with a group.
View on GoogleAn izakaya on a quiet street by the north exit, away from the bustle of 練馬駅, with high-quality individual dishes. First, cheers with sake〜♪ ◎長ねぎの松阪ポークバラ肉巻串 I love 松阪ポーク♡ Perfectly cooked! The long onion is sweet and delicious! But there's not much meat… A りんご酢サワー, please♪ ◎刺身盛り合わせ5点盛 The ウマヅラハギ sashimi with liver is insanely good♡♡♡ ハナゴンドウ (dolphin) has such a strong flavor… Don't eat mammals, absolutely not! lol ◎だるま芋の飛龍頭 Soooo delicious!!!! I could eat 10 of these lol A りんごサワー, please♪ ◎甘鯛の松笠焼 Crispy skin and wonderfully fluffy flesh♪ So delicious♡♡♡ But small… Considering the portion sizes, coming alone for a quiet drink might be the best way to enjoy this place. Thank you for the meal.
View on Googleいろもあ is consistently reliable. I order while asking the owner for recommendations. The sashimi is fresh and springy—GOOD—and the individual dishes are comfortingly delicious too. Even though I'm a big eater, for some reason this is a place where I want to savor delicious food a little at a time. It's not right in front of the station, but it's not that far from 練馬駅 either. The station area is noisy, so I also like how both the surroundings and the restaurant here are quiet and relaxing. The clientele is calm: families who seem to be regulars, solo drinkers contemplating their sake at the counter, and married couples drinking quietly.
View on GoogleThe owner is from Aomori Prefecture, and the place has a character that makes you feel as though you've come to an izakaya in Aomori. There's a wide variety of food using ingredients from Aomori Prefecture, and the menu changes with the day's supplies. You can also enjoy sake from Aomori Prefecture by the glass. Of course, there's beer too. It's run by the owner plus part-time staff, so there may be a wait when it's busy, but rest assured that the food is definitely delicious. A hidden izakaya gem I'd almost rather keep to myself!
