Indeed, dishes here are on the saltier side. The kimchi fried rice had good flavour, but the mapo tofu is weak in flavour. It can do with more heat!
View on GoogleA neighborhood Chinese restaurant opened independently by 宇, a Chinese man. It has a very good reputation in 武蔵関. There is a predominantly red L-shaped counter and 1 table. 🟩タンメン+餃子 set (980円 including tax) 🟩水餃子 (400円 including tax) 🟨Bottled beer (400円 including tax) ◇Snacks to go with drinks When I ordered beer, he served me menma. He started operating here, taking over the previous establishment's fittings while still struggling with Japanese, and more than 3 years have already passed. 宇(ゆう), the good-natured Chinese owner, is working hard!
View on GoogleA small, down-to-earth place run single-handedly by a pleasant young man. It's nice how efficiently he works and how quickly the food comes out. The liver pieces in the レバニラ are a little small, but there are plenty of them. It's a little disappointing that there aren't many garlic chives, but the bean sprouts are beautifully stir-fried and crisp. The seasoning has a peppery kick. The prices are fair too, so you can feel at ease. A perfect place for everyday dining.
View on GoogleA Chinese restaurant run by a conscientious Chinese owner. I'm grateful for the fair prices. This was my first visit: the ほろ酔い set for 1200円, draft beer→餃子→レバーニラ炒め→an extra lemon sour for 450円 Thanks for the meal〜 I'll come again〜
View on GoogleThis rental space had already changed Chinese restaurants about 2 times in a short period, so I had come to think of it as an unlucky location for a business. Recently, the owner changed again and it newly reopened. The young Chinese owner is friendly and pleasant, and the menu is not mainland Chinese food but a lineup of Kanagawa-style neighborhood Chinese dishes from Yokohama, Yokosuka, and Kawasaki, including サンマー麺. Personally, I have a very good impression. The ラーメン has a simple composition, but the soup is rich and full-bodied, and at 650円 including tax, it's very good value. The タンタンメン is Kawasaki New Tantanmen-style, with beaten egg mixed into a light broth with a chili oil kick. The チャーハン has a spicy finish with plenty of black pepper and is quite tasty, though the flavor enhancer seems a little excessive. The 餃子 have plenty of vegetables and a light finish. There are still lots and lots of other dishes, so I'd like to try a variety. It's quite rare for a young owner to open a Japanese neighborhood Chinese restaurant rather than a mainland Chinese one, so I hope it lasts a long time.
