I visited for lunch and had yakisoba with pork belly in a thick sauce. There were 13 set meals at an inexpensive 680円, including soup, rice, pickles, and almond pudding. Small dishes suitable as drinking snacks were also quite budget-friendly at 210円. 同心房 in Akabane and Itabashi are part of a chain, but apparently the Ekoda restaurant now operates independently of it.

I recommend the 780円 set meals, with 10 options to choose from. The seasoning is quite strong and really gets you eating rice. They're also always piping hot, hot enough to nearly burn your tongue, which I love. I love 同心房, a friend to ordinary people.

I think the prices are reasonable, the menu is extensive, and the food tastes good. I don't think the food is slow to arrive either. I wish the drinks were a little cheaper.

Visited for lunch. Cheap and delicious. The almond pudding dessert wasn't the usual agar jelly floating in sugar water, but genuinely tasty almond pudding, which earns major points! I had an injured hand, and a staff member noticed and gave me a bandage. A lovely restaurant with thoughtful staff too.

It's cheap. There are lots of set meals and alcoholic drinks. You can casually enjoy neighborhood Chinese food.
