Nice local place. All the food we ordered were good. Ordering is via a tablet app, which was great for us non-Japanese speaking tourists.

View on GoogleThe interior is a little small and has a sense of history. There are table seats and tatami seating; if you're happy with tatami, you'll be seated sooner. There's a wide range of dishes, including udon and seafood, and almost anything you order is delicious. The dessert selection is quite extensive too, and the seasonal fruit options are rather luxurious. There's parking for about 15 cars.
View on GoogleAged for a long time and carefully made, “hand-stretched udon.” As part of the Sagami Group, it's a well-run restaurant that pays attention to detail^^ There is also raised tatami seating, accommodating families. ◾︎Pork fillet katsudon lunch 1040円 (with udon) ◾︎Coffee ※Large udon portions are free at lunch For members of certain services, drinks are free or an additional 110円 (JAF, Times, etc.) Along Sasame-dori. Parking for 16 cars (up to 2m high)
View on GoogleHappy New Year! My first visit to 「味の民芸」. My first soba and mochi with azuki beans of the new year! The year has only just begun, and the restaurant is already full and bustling! I wish everyone good luck and health, and hope this will be a good year! Thank you for the meal! I'll be back!
