Great mom and pop sushi place
View on Google[Please like 👍 if this was helpful] This is my favorite sushi restaurant, and I've been going there for nearly 25 years with some breaks. Whenever I visit, the quality of the ingredients is very high, and the special sushi is delicious every time I eat it. [Taste impressions] Every ingredient is fresh, and the taste shows careful work. Especially the ark shell (akagai), it was surprisingly delicious even for me who didn't like shellfish, and I can't forget it as the first shellfish that truly impressed me. [Interior impressions] There aren't many seats, and it's a shop with a calm atmosphere. There is a small tatami room, but the space is a bit narrow. However, if you are slim, I think 3-4 people can enjoy it enough. [Service impressions] the chef's polite and warm service is very comfortable, and it's one of the reasons why I want to keep coming for a long time. [Waiting time] Because it's a popular shop, it's difficult to enter without a reservation. There were actually times when people who came and asked 'is it empty' couldn't enter because it was full. I recommend making a phone reservation in advance. [Access] There is no parking, so use paid coin parking. It's in a location that is easy to use within walking distance from Shin-Nakano Station. [Summary] This is a famous shop with freshness, taste, and service all in one. The special sushi is highly recommended, and for sushi lovers, this is a shop you should definitely visit at least once.
View on GoogleA shop run by a father who doesn't talk much and a mother who serves with care. A comfortable atmosphere and delicious ingredients that don't feel like city sushi quality; if it were near my house, I'd definitely go once a month as a luxury. The anago (conger eel) and shrimp are exquisite!
View on GoogleA sushi restaurant I've been using for several years. I'm impressed by the carefully selected ingredients. The photo is a takeaway image, but it's wrapped in wood shaved with a plane, a performance that makes you feel Japan. Personally, I love Torotaku (toro x takuan), so I order it every time, and it's a dish I always recommend to acquaintances. Also, when eating in, soup is served at the end, and the seafood broth is concentrated; this is truly the best! I'm puzzled how they bring out this flavor lol. The small sushi rice is also popular with female customers, so it might get a high rating if you take it for a stylish date. At that time, there are counters and tatami rooms, so please make a reservation.
View on GoogleThe ingredients are delicious and large, and the price is cheap. Since it's in the neighborhood, I visit occasionally.
