I was craving soba so I found this place and ordered the BONSAI Special Gozen. The meal was super delicious and satisfied my craving. 10/10 would recommend.

Not the best soba I have ever had but very decent. Liked the original sauces and spices. The service and atmosphere were also good.

Visited for lunch. It's a tsuke soba shop. I ordered chicken tsuke soba (large). I chose cold dipping broth. Apparently you can order it warm too. It's 1030円. There are lots of free toppings. The dipping broth has a strong dashi flavor. And plenty of ingredients. I added fried onions, but personally I didn't think they went well... If you want to enjoy the flavor of the soba, you might be better off without them. Personally, there were too many flavors when it entered my mouth. The noodles were so good that it felt like a waste. A light dashi dipping broth would be perfect🫡 I'm being critical, but overall the flavor is good.

I keep coming back because I regularly crave it. The balance between the texture of the thick noodles and the seafood-rich dipping broth is consistent, and it's nice that it never varies from visit to visit. It's also fun to change the flavor according to your mood that day, so you can enjoy it to the end without getting bored.
