●● The old man🤣💢 When I arrived there were already 4 customers, and there was a 'preparing' sign at the entrance, so being the perceptive guy I am, I figured (the old man runs it solo, so a full house is too much for him, so he's serving in batches of 4 customers?) and decided to wait. Soon 2 people paid, so I kept waiting, but there was no sign at all that he was going to take down the 'preparing' sign, so I asked the old man, who was clearing up, 'Is it okay if I sit down?' — ignored. There were customers lined up behind me too, so I asked again as their spokesperson and he said 'Whatever, either way!' ??? I didn't get what he meant, but I came for the nostalgia, so I sat down anyway. Full-on 'don't talk to me' aura. Three new customers had come in, and the old man was still clearing up. After waiting a while I asked, 'Can I order?' and he said 'You came in while we were preparing! Wait!' 😳!! Rather than getting angry, I was just shocked that this still happens in this day and age, Reiwa 8. I understood right away: at this shop, you have to time everything — coming in, water, ordering, paying — while tiptoeing around the old man. After finishing, I said 'Thanks for the meal!' but was ignored. Phew~ knowing that hopeless old man, he probably got into it with the building management too (you can guess). By the way, the shop has been removed from the Broadway floor map. What a shoddy meal.

My second spot at Nakano Broadway. I finally found the tastiest ramen~🎶 Finally found it, this is it, this is it. A ramen I'd want you to take as the standard for ramen and shoyu ramen✨ I sip the clear chicken-bone soup with a faint aroma of ginger with my renge spoon again and again♪ The smooth, springy noodles are great!!!!!! The flavorful chashu is great!!!!!!! The gyoza, with the umami of vegetables and a hint of garlic, are great!!!!!!!! The easygoing owner is lovely too -Thank you for the meal- @東北 東京都中野区中野5丁目52−15 2F

A reasonably priced ramen shop? The gyoza🥟 are nicely grilled, big, and tasty. The tanmen… The soup has no dashi flavor…. Just salt and MSG Only a token amount of vegetables on top… hard to call this tanmen… Even if I accept it because it's cheap… Seeing the old owner's way of talking and the rest of his attitude, I got fed up. I won't be coming back or recommending it to anyone.

I see low ratings for the service, but it's perfectly normal and not scary at all. Maybe it was the customers who had a bad attitude? I always order the fried rice and gyoza. Nothing special, but reliably tasty. The flavors are on the strong side. It's a small, counter-only shop, so order quickly, eat quickly, pay quickly — no need to linger. I hope it keeps going for a long time.

Even when I came in, he wouldn't make eye contact, and I couldn't tell when to order. When I finally ordered and finished eating, I put my plates and such up on the counter, paid, and said 'Thank you for the meal,' but was ignored. I question the owner's character. The fried rice was salty. The gyoza were pretty good, but the owner's terrible attitude put me in a bad mood. First time I've ever been to a place like this.
