Even though the cancellation was unavoidable for the reasons above, I was subjected to about 10 minutes of very intimidating pressure over the phone, and it frightened me. Since this happened a few years ago, I don't know whether that person is still there.

I was assisted by Uto this time, who was trustworthy because they clearly explained both the good and bad points. It was my first time moving, so I went in worried about shady practices or scams, but at least when it comes to the warmth of the staff, there seems to be nothing to worry about. Shimizu, who helped me, was not only cheerful and easy to talk to, but also made it really easy to ask questions and discuss things casually, which was great. If you tell them, “Internet is my priority!” or “Soundproofing is my priority!”, they'll find something promising within your budget, so it might be better than agonizing over things online… I couldn't get my first-choice property, but they were so warm that they shared my disappointment. It made me wonder, are there any other real estate agencies like this…?
