Delicious and very friendly staff. The recommendation is spicy (but not too spicy) and the noodles are unbelievably good. It is a specialty from Xian, China (part of the name of the shop).

Excellent hand cut noodles from Xiang. Savoury, peppery (Szechuan), and sour (if you add black vinegar). A delicious combination of flavours in each mouthful. Uniquely different from anything you can find in Tokyo. The century egg is also exquisite.

Knife-cut noodle shop. Run by Chinese, and I think many Chinese students from the nearby foreign language school come here. In the narrow shop, there are 6 counter seats and a small table seat in the back. It's a shop that's a bit hard for Japanese people to enter, but there are delicious knife-cut noodles. You can see the man making the knife-cut noodles while cutting them. If I want to eat knife-cut noodles, I'll go. But, as a Japanese person, I don't think I often want to eat knife-cut noodles, but it's delicious. I visited again, so I will add. This time I went after 1 pm. It was empty, and I ate at the table in the back. I had knife-cut noodles like abura soba, but this was also delicious. This time I will try tomato knife-cut noodles. But, for tomato, the taste is very different depending on the shop, so I'm a little worried. I will upload it again if I go.

Handmade noodles are very delicious! Comes out immediately and the staff is friendly☆ It looks very spicy but it wasn't that spicy, it was just right◎ It was full of coriander and the soup was oil-based, so it was very delicious. However, I visited 1 hour before closing but the staff told me that I should only order noodles because they have to go home... I wanted to eat a single dish too.
