I was walking around that area late at night searching for food and found this place crowded with locals, so I decided to give it a go. The staff were not able to speak English, but they do have an English menu so I just pointed to what I want. I got myself the tomato soup ramen and it was quite good actually. I also added cheese to my ramen, but I felt that the cheese was too little to have an impact on the flavour. If I were living nearby a shop like this back at home, I would definitely visit it very often.
View on GoogleThe abura soba was so delicious! They don't have much on the menu (like another two ramen bowls, an appetizer, beer and whiskey) so they know their stuff! You'll have to pay just under ¥1000 for most variations. You can decide how much noodles you want to have, too. Ask for the English menu if you need. It does help. The go to order is the "abura soba zenbu" for which they will include all the little items that are listed under the picture (pork, chicken, egg, coriander, etc). There's not a lot of seating. Was definitely easier getting a single seat at the bar.
View on GoogleAbout 1 minute walk from Araiyakushi-mae Station. I think this is the most delicious ramen/abura soba shop in front of the station. There seem to be 2 affiliated stores in front of Nakano Station. Niboshi ramen is a soup that is very soaked in niboshi flavor, a very refreshing soup and chewy noodles are the best. The seasoned egg as a topping is also very delicious. Abura soba also has very delicious char siu and the soup feels just right. There is no break time, so even if you miss lunch time, you can enter anytime, so this shop is very reliable when you are hungry. Among the ramen shops around, this one is open until the latest at night, so I am very helped in that regard. About the limited time menu, the summer pork shabu abura soba with sesame sauce had a punch and was delicious. I think the winter limited aged miso ramen also had a sophisticated taste like a shop that always serves miso ramen.
View on GoogleAnyway delicious! My favorite ramen shop. I have conquered all the menus, but number 1 is the summer limited cold pork shabu abura soba...! I like it so much I want it to be a regular menu. Overall the noodles are chewy, the taste is strong and delicious. Taiwan mazesoba was very spicy for me who doesn't like spicy (lol), but it's amazing that it's delicious even though it's spicy... I ate it while screaming. Anyway recommended! Must go!
View on GoogleAbura soba shop with a chic atmosphere surrounded by glass. Stylish atmosphere inside the shop ◎ I ordered on-tama abura soba, draft beer and gyoza set. The beer was very cold and very delicious! Gyoza also came out on a hot iron plate, crispy outside juicy inside. Delicious. The main abura soba, I felt the chemical seasoning taste was a bit strong. The price range is also, for abura soba, a bit bold price Setting, but considering the location and exterior/interior, is it reasonable? The beer was really delicious, so I will visit again🍽
