Baking carefully crafted homemade dough to its very best, and making everyone smile through pizza. This is a restaurant of pizza makers who shine with that ambition. Every single day, the artisans prepare their pizza dough by hand. The prepared dough matures for over 8 hours. Fermented with careful attention to the perfect timing, it goes into a wood-fired oven heated to 450℃. Apparently, the key is not to handle it unnecessarily. These pizza makers want to bake piping-hot, delicious pizza and make people smile. Flour and salt imported from Italy, fresh yeast, and a carefully adjusted amount of water depending on humidity and temperature. Of course, the essential pizza ingredients, mozzarella cheese and tomato sauce, are from Italy…

I nice little pizza place with a good selection of tastes to curb any appetite. It can get busy at lunch time, but they have a ticketing system that allows you to leave and then get notified when your table is ready. I ended up ordering the margherita and marinara pizzas. Both were tasty, but I preferred the margherita. Service was fast and friendly.

Been a while since we had pizza and thank goodness our local friend recommended us this place! We shared the "Michaelangelo" and the "Averina" together with an arencini each. It was an excellent thin pizza with a generous amount of cheese and toppings. The arencini was perfectly fried and was full of flavor. They greeted us with a smile and parted with one as well :)

Stumbled upon this place after getting a haircut on Ginza, extremely spontaneous and boy was I surprised. Never in my life have I tried a Neapolitan pizza and the amount of flavor it comes with is astounding. I opted for the calzone version and was blown away by how flavorful it was. The first bite was amazing and got better and better, not to mention the staff here is very diligent and aware if you need a refill or have a question. Small space and good vibes with a great music selection. Will be back on my next voyage to Japan.

After having various pizzas across multiple visits to Japan, this is without a doubt the best! Staff were really welcoming, friendly, accommodating and helpful and we felt super comfortable. Seems a really local place, was very busy with people inside and takeaways. Pizza was just amazing, and better than some I've had in Italy, by a decent margin. If your nearby, don't question it, please go, you won't regret it.

A small good Pizzeria, When the owner chef is there making pizza himself, the pizza taste is excellent. But when he is off, taste is just average (however still better than in many other places ) Service is fair. A small Japanese young waitress was very kind. Location is good close to the station and not any other good Pizzeria around. They have a few outside table that are good when weather allow it to eat outside.
