The food is great, the owner is nice, the place is smoke free, the menu is renewed very often and there are always vegetarian options. Otherwise they can be made on demand.

The portion of the pasta is so small for the price it costs.

Good and critical points. The interior atmosphere is nice. With the kitchen at the front, a counter by the entrance, and tables in the back past the kitchen, the layout suits this shop where the owner-chef handles everything. As for the food... I'm torn. For the antipasto platter of prosciutto and mortadella, the attention to the plate used is nice, but the portion is a little too small. The 黄金アナゴ and zucchini fritto is simple and tasty. It's nice that you can choose the fish for the signature acqua pazza from that day's arrivals. I chose a good-sized flathead, and was happy they served the head properly too. After all, flathead is all about the cheek meat. This place brings out the ingredients' own flavors, so it has a simple taste like clear soup; opinions may differ here. That's fine in its own way, but I'd prefer a few more shellfish to combine their umami. Then the pasta: I had fresh strozzapreti (white fish, asari clams, and ripe tomato sauce), dried spaghetti (peperoncino), and dried short pasta (salsiccia and zucchini tomato sauce), but perhaps my expectations were too high—it was a little disappointing. The short pasta in tomato sauce was okay, but the peperoncino lacked salt, and the strozzapreti sauce lacked umami, so it felt rather mechanical...

I've only visited for weekday lunch, so I don't know everything, but in terms of price, taste, and portion size, I'd say I'm mostly satisfied. Though as a big eater, I did find the portion quite insufficient.
