Very nice owner and one of the most intricately complex, light, and delicious chicken ramen I’ve had Soup: deceptively light and complex, I couldn’t put my finger on what made it so good, but….it was delicious and unique Noodles: went well with soup Toppings: the flame grilled char siu was very nice Overall, just a solid bowl, great experience
