One night after catching a production at the Pocket theatre, my wife and I decided to stop for a bowl of lekei ramen. The broth was thick, flavorful, though heavy. The pork was good, but overly salted. The staff was super friendly and accommodating.

Absolutely fantastic ramen! The broth was out of this world. You can pick between stronger, normal, weak broth and oil and also the sickness of the noodles. I tried the stronger taste of the broth and it was absolutely delicious. You can get unlimited rice for ¥50. Its free until 6pm. You can add some toppings on the rice for free as well. Great and fast service. The ramen was 10/10. If you can’t eat a lot, you can get the ladies set which has half the noodles and comes with tea.

Be prepared a more full-bodied broth! The Kyoto spring onions were a perfect match with the broth; meat was render & noodles cooked to your request. There are garlic, ginger & spicy paste to help cut thru the strong broth. Overall a nice bowl of ramen!

100% non-local tourist review here. This is really a true authentic Japanese bar style (can't think of the exact term for such setting) experience. Absolutely zero English anything in there, also didn't ask for any. Why? Because I wanna experience the whole thing in its natural form. With all the experience gathered from watching a couple of YouTube videos, I attempted to do what the locals would do, right from opening the door and ordering the food from the vending ticket machine... Which I fumbled. The staff had to help us because we were holding up the person behind us. I apologised and the staff was cool about it. From there we just observe what the locals do and try mimic them. No words, just see and do. The food was fantastic. Thick broth, salty as the sea. You don't have finish up that broth because health these days ya know and some of the locals don't finish them as well. Overall everything was interesting and good.

Wow just wow. Extremely rich and flavorful ramen in a nice and friendly environment. This is not a ramen for someone who is looking to cut calories. So much flavor!!! The machine is very easy to figure out. They also offer a free bowl of rice if that's your thing. You can really tell that a ton of love goes into this broth and every bowl.
