The broth was a bit too thick for me, but very delicious nevertheless. They were out of beer, so I got a チュハイ which I could choose to be lemon or ume, plum.

OISHII DESU NE! best ramen of my life, no clue how to communicate w the staff! but its all good. broth was thick, and oil, and hearty. noodles were chewy, and had a texture to die for well worth the 10+ hour flight!

Absolutely the thickest, richest ramen I've had in my life. All locals too so don't expect any English on the menu!

Thickest, richest tonkotsu I've come across, the broth is comparable to tsukemen in texture. Bits of rendered fat, bone marrow, and possibly bone itself, as you can see one of the guys in the kitchen stirring this cauldron of a pot with his whole body weight, keeping the stock from burning. Only downside is - I don't even know if this considers a downside - is that since the bowl is so thick, you might feel a tad bit queasy afterwards. But then I am a lightweight, so do come try a bowl!

One of the heartiest meals I’ve had in Japan. Ramen here left me with meat sweats outside afterwards. It’s a ways from the centre of Tokyo but well worth making the trek out in my opinion, although I would do a lunch time visit next time as I slept very badly that night. Highly recommend.
