Yokohama style ramen with excellent toppings (spinach, cabbage, egg, chashu, nori) and free rice. Plenty of sauces / condiments, as well as ability to select ramen doneness / chicken oil / aji level means you can customise to how you like it. The broth with chicken oil is so delicious and goes well over the rice. Adding vinegar and garlic when you're ready just adds another dimension to the broth. Highly recommend. Also get a nice view of the owner / staff's workflow which helped us pass the waiting time. Lined up at 1130pm Friday, got seated around midnight and served at 1215AM.
View on GoogleA ramen shop with only a counter for less than 20 people. No photography allowed. You can buy a meal ticket from a ticket vending machine. Cash only. When you submit your ticket, you are asked how hard you want your noodles, how thick you want the soup, how much oil you want, and whether or not you want rice as a service. The soup is very salty and you can taste the flavor of the broth . The spinach and nori (seaweed) also absorb the flavor of the soup and add to its deliciousness. The short noodles are a characteristic of Ie-kei Ramen, but they absorb the soup very well and are delicious.
View on GoogleAs a Ramen Lover must TRY!!!!! Especially for who loved heavy tasted Ramen. Very decent Ramen with reasonable price, No English menu yet but the clerk are nice and kind to help(somehow they got a English sheet for the taste of noodles) BTW for the first time trying please order the small one before moving on middle and large size because it's HUGE. Rice, water and spices are available for free, however leftover food and wasted are forbidden, Please try to finish the noodles
View on GoogleFirst meal after a 10 hours flight Tattoo auntie was very kind to us tourists. Lots of love from Vancouver Canada!
View on GoogleVery thick soup but not too overpowering. Like the raw cabbage in it, making it more fresh and not too oily. I prefer the noodle to be harder and thinner.
