Friendly owner and deliciuos tasty meat!

I was a little worried about the taste after reading the all-you-can-eat reviews, but it was perfectly tasty. There was a lot of meat served at the start of the all-you-can-eat meal, but I think a couple could finish it. The owner was funny too, and it had a nice, homey atmosphere.

I was worried because they had closed for a long time during the pandemic, but they were back, so I visited. Apparently the older owner had been ill and hospitalized for a long time. He seemed a little less energetic than before, which worried me. The taste was the same 基順館 quality as always. The thick-cut tongue and signature 上ロース were still going strong. I'm worried about the older owner, so if you've been thinking of visiting, please come soon. I hope they can keep going for a long time yet.

A few of us ordered all-you-can-eat. Apparently the system is that you have to finish the ３ plates of kalbi, loin, and tongue before ordering anything else. The kalbi and loin were delicious, but the thickness and quantity of the tongue were quite something. I feel like I ate more tongue than I ever have in my life. The portions are intended for students in the first place, so if you order this, come suitably prepared. Thanks for the meal.

We visited 基準館 in 野方 for yakiniku with the family! We usually order individual dishes, but this was our first time ordering the all-you-can-eat menu. The portions of kalbi, loin, and tongue were seriously enormous, and the whole family was surprised!! The meat itself is tasty too, but I still recommend ordering individual dishes! The loin that's tender enough to cut with chopsticks is especially delicious, so please give it a try‼️
