After visiting a client's company, I stopped by a Western-style restaurant I'd been curious about for a while!( ´ ▽ ` )ﾉ It's a neighborhood Western-style restaurant with a retro Showa feel, loved since its founding, at the five-way intersection near the south exit of 中野 Station! It's known for gentle, homemade-feeling “practical Western-style food,” including reasonably priced daily set meals, hamburger steak, ginger pork, and crab cream croquettes. Apparently, locals have loved it for many years! Weekday, 12:40 No queue. The restaurant was almost full. There was １ open seat, so they showed me to it. It's a small restaurant with 3 tables seating ４ and 5 tables seating 2! ★I had カキ盛合せ定食 （ハンバーグ&海老フライ&カキフライ）! About 10 minutes later, a delicious-looking set meal appeared! The hamburger steak was on the small side, but just the right size! The simple flavor of a neighborhood Western-style restaurant♡ The fried shrimp was super crispy! Plump and springy! A substantial fried shrimp! Delicious! The fried oysters were also fried crisply and deliciously! The salad was fresh! Crunchy! That Western-style-restaurant pasta served on the side is irresistible! Somehow it's delicious!(//∇//) The piping-hot miso soup was delicious too! I got the impression that many customers were local office workers, older people, and regulars! It filled my stomach just right. It has the unpretentious atmosphere of a neighborhood set-meal restaurant, just right for everyday visits. The daily set meal offers a good balance of food and price and feels like good value. It's convenient when you want a substantial meal, and a welcome place to have nearby. I feel like the multigrain rice used to contain a little more grain, but overall it's a very satisfying set-meal restaurant.
