I have never enjoyed a miso ramen like this! They have taken miso ramen to the next level. We ordered a miso ramen with extra pork belly and a shrimp miso ramen. The noodles were very nice and thick for our liking. Everything was so fresh and tasty. The shrimp miso (thick white soup) was impressively rich and nicely flavoured. The pork belly had clear layers of fat and meat and the texture was great. Staff were friendly and welcoming. We will visit again for sure.

I took the maze soba (there is spicy version too) + extra fried garlic plate and it was really delicious and well served for the price. Ok it's very oily and so much quantity that i couldn't finish it but is was very satisfying. Only one little bad point but it's personal and due to my condition, near the end it was nauseating. Besides that the cooks was very cheerful and they make the change to buy the tickets on the vending machine. Also it appears on Michelin guide so it's a must, i recommend.

The broth is soo thick and noodles are too. I like there spicy miso one. Staff was nice and kind. Ambiance was great. Would go back to try more items.

花道 is a MISO Ramen shop locating in Nogata. I heard that it was posted in the Michelin guide and named the top 10 Ramen shop in Tokyo. The shop is very small, whose 3 to 4 tables. You have to prepare to wait in the queue. The red soup tasted very thick and rich because the spicy miso and thick fat. I cannot finish whole bowl due to the "PLATEAU" taste of the soup after I ate the ingredients. The ramen is thick, causing chewy and spring. I especially like the bean sprout they cook. It is thick and crispy and it's refreshing flavor helped me drink the spicy miso soup.

Guilty pleasure place for sure. Loooove the thick soup. Visiting twice now. Can’t wait to go back
