Hands down, the best Tsukemen and some of the best Ramen anywhere. This isa "eat and leave" kind of establishment run by a loverly older couple. We take detours when in the area just to eat here.
View on GoogleVery nice staff! Food was great especially the rice I ordered. After eating I got a tiny caramel pudding as a surprise from the staff. Will definitely come again. I really enjoyed my stay.

View on GoogleThis time I had nori shoyu ramen made with chlorella noodles. The first thing that catches the eye is the noodles' vivid green color, but they offer more than visual impact: they have a pleasantly chewy texture and just the right firmness, pairing perfectly with the soup. There's hardly any unusual flavor, so you can enjoy them to the end without getting tired of them. The soup has a clear soy sauce aroma and savoriness, yet a clean, easy-to-drink finish, making it so delicious you want to drink the very last drop. The generous topping of nori enhances the flavor further, filling your mouth with the aroma of the sea. Wrapping the noodles in nori creates another flavor experience that was very satisfying. It's an exceptionally well-balanced bowl that lets you appreciate each ingredient. The ramen isn't merely unusual-looking; it tastes genuinely delicious too. I'd love not only those curious about chlorella noodles but also shoyu ramen lovers to try it at least once. It's a restaurant I'd definitely like to revisit when I'm nearby again. Thank you for the meal.
View on GoogleA ramen restaurant with a calm atmosphere. The customers span all ages and genders, showing how well loved it is locally. The interior feels very clean, and the courteous, humble lady's service is excellent, making for a pleasant meal. The ramen has a clean-tasting soup with a pronounced seafood stock, and the substantial chashu was good too. One thing to note is that payment is cash only.
