My first visit to a karaage specialty shop I'd been curious about for a while! If you ask what foods I like, karaage would make my TOP3, that's how much I love it lol. It's right by the exit of Ochiai Station on the Tozai Line. You buy a meal ticket outside. They also offer plenty of prepared dishes besides karaage, such as croquettes and hamburg. I ordered the set with just the karaage I'd come for, 5 pieces. You can see them frying it in the kitchen after you order. The interior is clean, but somehow feels a little bland. The karaage itself was crispy outside, juicy inside, and really delicious. It has a slight kick of spice too! It's a little oily, so 5 pieces felt a bit much toward the end, but I had extra white rice and finished it all! They seem to offer takeout too, so quickly picking up a few pieces sounds good. Thanks for the meal!

A karaage specialty chain. You can get takeout or eat various set meals inside. I ordered the 3-piece karaage set. Other reviews said the dishes besides karaage were mediocre, so I chose a set with just karaage. Each piece is big. It's incredibly delicious! The pepper comes through and adds a nice accent. Free rice refills are a bonus too! You can ask for a large serving when refilling. The beni shoga and aosa karaage also caught my attention, so maybe I'll try those next time. But when I poured water, there was oil floating in the glass... please wash that properly... Thanks for the meal!

I used to come occasionally before it became a curry shop, but this was my first visit since it changed back from the curry shop. There was a 500円 assortment, so I got it to take away. It was good. They're skilled at frying, giving it a crisp texture that's quite different from supermarket prepared food. I'll keep buying an assortment occasionally.

I hadn't had karaage in a while and felt like some, so I tried this shop. The takeout section had amakara komi-age, beni shoga karaage, and other options that looked really tasty, but I couldn't find them on the dine-in ticket machine; apparently they're takeout only. With no other choice, I got the regular 4-piece karaage set. It tasted reasonably good. It's a shame, because it'd be nice to eat different kinds of karaage inside too. I also thought the value for money wasn't great.

I got takeout. 150円 per piece, with a decent size. Very juicy and goes really well with beer.
