Its too good
View on GoogleThe small interior has about 7 counter seats and feels a little aged, but is plenty clean. The 味玉味噌ラーメン apparently used to advertise tonkotsu, though that word has now been removed from the menu name. It feels somewhere between tonkotsu and miso, but the strengths of both clearly shine through. The soup in particular is thick like stew, and the flavor is highly polished, though it may divide tastes a little. You can choose a lighter version as well as the rich one, so I'm somewhat curious whether that comes with a different soup. It seems to be a one-person operation and looks tough, but it's a unique, high-quality shop, so I really hope it stays around for a long time.
View on GoogleI happened to walk in, and it was delicious. I'm not keen on miso ramen, but this was really tasty and I polished it off. The soup was distinctive, beyond rich and almost like stew. 味噌豚骨ラーメン is delicious. The atmosphere was very much that of a classic ramen shop.
View on Google2026.02.28 味噌味玉ラーメン The soup is notably very rich and thick. It's less heavy than it looks and easy to drink. It coats the noodles exceptionally well. The toppings are vegetables(cabbage, chives, onion, corn) and 2 slices of chashu. The chashu seems like loin, a little meaty and firm to the bite. The curry powder for changing the flavor is a personal must. The original flavor is somewhat gentle, but it instantly becomes much more junk-food-like. I didn't order rice this time, but it would undoubtedly go well with it. Rather than an intensely punchy, addictive bowl, it's a place whose deliciousness you gradually savor, and one you'd be happy to have in your neighborhood.
View on Google「Ramen with super-rich soup」 They say it's miso ramen with a tonkotsu base. It tasted quite different from what I'd imagined, but it was delicious. Rather than soup, it's closer to curry or stew sauce, something you eat rather than drink, so I think it would feel more natural as tsukemen than ramen. ・味噌ラーメン 890円 My first visit, prompted by curiosity about this highly rated restaurant near 野方 Station, popular for tonkotsu miso ramen. I arrived in the evening to a few customers, bought a meal ticket from the machine, and sat in an empty seat. There are only 6 counter seats, self-service water, and the owner works alone. The seasonings were pepper, shichimi, vinegar, and curry powder. It was ready in about 5 minutes. The rich, thick soup makes you eat it like mazesoba. It's loaded with toppings: scallions, cabbage, onion, corn, and chashu. It almost feels like eating sara udon. The tonkotsu miso flavor is well balanced and delicious. I was unsure whether changing the flavor with seasonings would work, but surprisingly they all went well with it and tasted good. The curry powder is practically telling you to eat rice with it. Very delicious. It may partly be because I visited in cold weather, but since this isn't ramen with soup you drink, I felt tsukemen would suit it better. The flavor is very good, so I think people who like soupless noodles such as mazesoba and abura soba would be satisfied.
