The food here is phenomenal! I wanted the lasagna but it was sold out so I got the hamburg spaghetti that’s more like a big meatball. The hamburg had the perfect texture with a heavenly rosemary infused flavor. The tomato sauce to pasta ratio was absolutely perfect, same for the firmness of the noodles. I also ordered a side of two small pancakes. One of the best I’ve had in Japan to date. I wish I was hungrier in order to have the full sized ones. There were minor hiccups but they didn’t affect the experience at all. Phone reception for my carrier was weak, I had to connect to public wifi to access the QR code ordering system. Even though I can understand Japanese I chose English. The user interface and instant translation could use some improvement, I had to read more carefully to make sure the order was correct. One thing that needs fixing is the drink menu: the option I chose was black coffee hot/ice. The menu didn’t offer an option to choose between either of them. I also chose “before meal” but it never came so I helped myself to hot coffee from the drink bar. The food came, then the server brought me iced coffee right after. I explained the situation and she said it was completely fine. In typical Japanese fashion we both apologized. I’ll definitely come again and next time I’ll check the Japanese interface when I order.

I found this place close to Nakano shopping area and I was intrigued by its pancakes! I ordered a withe peach pancake, and it was delicious! It wasn’t a Japanese fluffy style pancake, however it was probably the best “normal” pancake I have eaten in a while! Very recommended!

I’m usually not a pancake person but gave this place a chance because it’s not just pancakes they serve. They have a lot of options, such as eggs Benedict, chicken Caesar salad, and salmon avocado salad, to go with your side of pancakes. So you won’t get bored essentially with your pancake meal. The basil sauce that comes with the dishes is also very appetizing! I would only say their coffee is quite disappointing; their brewed coffee taste burnt and their latte tastes like milk but I’m still giving this place a 4 stars because the food is delicious and the venue is warm and inviting. Just don’t get the coffee!

We came here on Sunday at 2 PM. There were a few groups before us but the queue moved pretty quickly. Lasagna pancakes were very nice. The pancakes fluffy and delicious. However we were not told that there was no drink set, only salad+drink set. If we knew, we would take the salad bar as well, as the difference in price would be only 120 yen. The red velvet pancakes (limited for two months) were okay. Nothing to do with the real red velvet cake though. The chocolate they used was good. Edit: I have been here many times. The seasonal desserts sometimes taste very good, sometimes just okay, but the cafe is nice and I will come again.
