A very nice local soba shop! I actually got udon. The price is very low, and the owner was nice, friendly, and gave a large serving of meat. It's a pretty normal soba/udon meal I think, but the price is excellent. Probably the best value in Nakano!

This is a soba-udon place, counter sitting but with takeout for the fried stuff. It's a typical quickly eat counter shop, but the owner is a spunky lady who entertains you with her infectious laugh and straight-forward conversation. Well known in the neighborhood and liked by locals. Loved it!

I had korokke soba, and the Kansai-style dashi was very delicious. Recommended! The owner said something about opening around 14. It wasn't open at lunchtime on Saturday, but when I went around 15, it was open. I later visited at night, and evening drinks are great too. Places like this are precious these days, so I'd like to come eat occasionally.

Ii-tei at Shin-Nakano Station The curry rice was way too old, pretty bad… The fukujinzuke was so old it tasted sour, wasn't it spoiled? My companion also thought the soba was mediocre, and said the vinegared rice inside the inari was… There won't be a second visit

The ramen was delicious. It's a soba shop, though, Kake soba for 380円 and such, so cheap. I'll be back.
