Great atmosphere. The soup was rich and the ingredients were delicious.
View on GoogleI ordered through Uber Eats and it was delicious, so I decided to visit the restaurant too. There's a ticket machine at the entrance. Cashless payment is also available; just let a staff member know if you'd like to use it. The ramen is carefully made, and the toppings, including the chashu, are delicious. The staff were courteous too. I chose the special shoyu this time, but I'd like to try the other flavors as well! They also have beer and snack sets, so I thought it would be nice for a quick drink after work.
View on GoogleThe miso ramen has tonkotsu with shrimp, while the shoyu ramen has tonkotsu with niboshi, so you can enjoy different kinds of delicious ramen at the same shop. The soup is very delicious. The thick, seared chashu is also very delicious. It's one of only 2 local ramen shops open late. Thank you for always providing delicious late-night meals, and thank you for the food♪
View on GoogleWe visited close to 0 o'clock, so there were 0 customers apart from us. The interior was a perfectly ordinary ramen shop, but once we sat down, a lot of little flies? started appearing, which was troublesome. Even after killing 1, another appeared, and the ramen finally arrived after we'd dealt with about 3. …The soup was lukewarm. It was strangely foamy too, so I tried it wondering whether it was okay. It was definitely seafood tonkotsu, but somehow it tasted like a chain restaurant in a bad way. My companion is sensitive to hot food and said the lukewarm temperature was just right, but for me it held no appeal at all. The chashu rice bowl was dry too and left no impression. It was ramen that was “not bad, but only so-so.” There are other delicious ramen shops in 都立家政, so I probably wouldn't go out of my way to come here… The staff were friendly, which was nice.
View on GoogleThis apparently recently opened shop has about 10 wall-facing counter seats, and the clean wood-grain interior is calming. Although it's described as seafood tonkotsu, the menu is quite extensive, with miso/salt/shoyu and fried rice/gyoza and similar dishes. The special miso ramen has double the toppings such as thick, tender chashu and seasoned eggs, and costs only a little more than the standard version, so it feels like very good value. The noodles and soup are piping hot and creamy, with a feel slightly different from either seafood or miso and the unusual addition of shrimp. Perhaps because of that, the shrimp aroma is strong too, which may divide opinions, but the overall balance with the medium-thick curly noodles is quite good. They also offer the preference adjustments standard at iekei shops, and there are plenty of seasonings such as garlic on the table, a welcome service. The fairly young staff member, who appeared to be Southeast Asian, seemed to be working alone, but the very gentle and courteous service was pleasant. Overall, their spirit of service shows in many places, leaving me impressed and wanting to support them.
