The food at this restaurant is truly fantastic, with a great variety of wonderful options. The staff members are also very kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I loved the ambiance, and the meat was absolutely delicious! The only thing that kept me from giving a full 5 stars was the lack of pictures on the menu. It made it a bit challenging to be completely sure of what I was ordering, as I wanted to double-check my phone's translation. However, this is still one of my favorite spots in the area, and I’ll definitely keep coming back!

I've wanted to visit this shop for a long time, and finally did. The interior is cozy, with two tables for two and four tables for four. It has a slight Western movie atmosphere but is clean. The lunch and dinner menus seem almost identical. The set menu includes a Mexican salad (with spiced corn and chopped cucumber), rice, and coffee (cowboy-style American coffee). I ordered the green onion salt hamburger steak: 300g. It took about 5-10 minutes from ordering to serving. It was a delicious, simple-tasting hamburger. I went based on a menu from six months ago, but prices had already increased. The clientele is mostly regular men in their 30s to 70s.

The savory aroma of the demi-glace sauce is appetizing. The inside is fluffy and juicy, with the umami of the meat and the richness of the cheese in perfect harmony. The sauce has a deep flavor, so I could eat it to the end without getting tired of it. • Sirloin Steak: Looks bold. The doneness is perfect, and when you cut into it, the juices overflow. Mixing butter and sauce doubles the umami, providing the satisfaction of a classic steak. • Tomato Salad: Simple yet refreshing, with a light dressing on fresh tomatoes, it goes perfectly with meat dishes. There are many regular customers, which shows it's loved by the locals. The portions are large, the value is good, and there's a nostalgic warmth to it. A famous shop to visit without hesitation on days when you want to 'eat meat seriously!'. Both the steak and hamburger are excellent; the taste, volume, and atmosphere are all perfect.
