A good place with very delicious Italian-Japanese food and the best garlic bread I have ever eaten.

The nearest station is 中野新橋. Cash and PayPay only. A pasta-focused restaurant. Around 1,100円 for a large portion with extra cheese. It's pretty tasty. Actually more reasonably priced than going out for ramen. I ordered the tomato sauce in the spicy version. Really good. There's Tabasco on the table, but I don't recommend adding it, as it turns the nicely savory sauce into Tabasco flavor. There are many kinds of pasta, so I'd like to try other flavors too. The counter is made from a single slab of solid wood and looks really cool. Apparently they've been open for 20 years, but the interior is lovely and exceptionally clean. The restaurant's name apparently means “picture frame” in Italian. They say it's because the facade is surrounded by a wooden frame and looks like a “picture frame”.

I visit 1〜2 times a month. It gets busy at lunchtime, so I try to go when they open at 11:30. The summer-only salt-seasoned spinach, tomato, and bacon pasta was delicious.

It was almost full when I walked in. So many menu choices I couldn't decide… It was delicious. Packed with ingredients, so I can see why it's full. Very satisfied with all the vegetables I got to eat. There were families too. Inside there are about four counter seats and tables at the back. Takeout seems to be available too. Payment is cash or PayPay.
