I've had curry from some of the best places the UK has to offer, so I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality on offer here. I opted for spice level 3 which is mid level if you're a real curryhead or spicy if you're not, personally I thought it was well balanced, warming without being overpowering. The selection of veg is not something I'd ever think to go with curry so it was nice to try something new. What's really good is you can order whatever else you like to go with, from some excellent fried broccoli, to fish, chicken or pork and it's all very reasonably priced. Note that it is popular, and you will likely have to wait for a table.

A popular place for soup curry. There's often a wait on the weekends. The vegetables were fresh and it's easy to customize the curry with your favourite toppings. I recommend the pork belly and garlicky mushrooms. Overall a nice spot for lunch, but I find the price a bit high.

A cute restaurant set in a wooden house offering soup curry with so many combinations. You start off choosing the meat (or just all vegs) with either 12 or 20 kinds of vegs like lotus root, carrots, eggplant etc, then the curry soup base (either standard or with miso base, either with coconut milk or not), spiciness level then the amount of rice. I picked the grilled chicken thigh with 12 types of veg in the standard curry and it comes in a large bowl of soup curry that’s very rich and tasty. You only get one per type of veg but they are all fresh. The lassi is another good addition to the meal which I ordered the yuzu honey lassi and the seasonal special pear lassi which are both very refreshing. A very nice lunch spot worth stopping by in the area!

Enjoyed the curry and vegetables in this quirkily-decorated but homey branch. The pork belly meat was surprisingly tough but the oyster add-on was delicious. Yuzu might not have been the best choice for lassi as overall the drink became quite sour. Next time I’d like to try the blueberry lassi. Service was brisk and lovely as usual.

Visited the store after seeing the four star review. The vegetable curry was OK, not much flavor, more like fast food. Had a late lunch here. Five of us sat around a table with two already had lunch so they didn’t order. The server asked the two who didn’t order to leave the restaurant despite many empty tables at the time.
