Nihonshuya
To help you enjoy today’s sake, we offer a variety of dishes rooted in Japanese and regional cuisine, without making them overly experimental. Our sake comes only from a few breweries with which we have close relationships. We offer many varieties from each brewery, suggesting ways to enjoy them in depth. People of a wide range of ages are welcome, whether alone or in small groups.

What a wonderful experience! We sat at the bar seating with Shu who served us throughout we trusted him to make recommendations, and we were not disappointed. We enjoyed a sampling of vegetables, a tuna tartare with spring vegetables, a braised venison dish, and the crème-de-la-creme, a liver pate with a creme brûlée topping that was among the best and unique dishes I’ve ever eaten. Shu was wonderful and guided us each dish and sake pairings. This tiny place that’s off the beaten path of touristy Tokyo center is worth the time and attention.
View on GoogleThe life and food does not get any better! The most friendly and amazing people with delicious food and pairing sake. If I could give it 6 stars this will be the place.

View on GoogleLooking for a place to relax and have a few drinks, we ended up here. Service was excellent and friendly. No English menu available but the staff kindly help us translate using our phones. Saki was great. Only had a couple of smal dishes, thus could not fully judge the food. Small restaurant. Cozy and intimate atmosphere. If you are in the Harmonica Ally area in Japan, please visit.
