nana's green tea Kirarina Keio Kichijoji
A café themed around matcha and Japanese tea, located on the 6F of Kirarina Keio Kichijoji. For matcha, we use an original blend centered on matcha from “Yamamasa Koyamaen,” a long-established tea wholesaler in Uji City, Kyoto Prefecture. For HOT items, our staff carefully whisk each cup one by one for every order. We offer a wide range of drinks, including matcha, hojicha, and black sesame bean paste lattes, plus frozen drinks, Japanese tea, Japanese black tea, and coffee. You can also enjoy toppings such as shiratama, azuki, kuromitsu, and soft-serve ice cream. In addition, for our Japanese hojicha we use Uji tea from “Baisa Nakamura,” a tea factory in Uji City, Kyoto Prefecture. Sencha…

There’s Nana’s Green Tea in our home country but decided to try one in the OG country. I have to say this is much nicer. However we didn’t like that we had to order at least one item per customer, this was told by the staff. We understand because it’s an establishment, but it wasn’t enforced and we saw families and couples share.
View on GoogleBefore kids I enjoyed this place because I love matcha and houjicha food. It's nice that the windows are huge and you can see the city scape outside. It felt a bit expensive for the serving sizes. But now with a toddler, it's a godsend. This place is my favourite now because it's so kid friendly. There was very little wait time to get into the restaurant even on a weekend, and when we ordered at the front, the staff told me they would get our table ready. They made sure my family had a table big enough to sit at and there was no wait between ordering and sitting down, which is incredibly helpful on a busy weekend. We were able to wheel in our toddler inside his pram, didn't have to fold it up. You can see the Chuo line below, which entertained my child for about 5-10 min. The staff brings food to the table, also very helpful when wrangling a toddler. The food is so delicious and my toddler loved the tan tan udon. When my child finally cried to go outside my dessert hadn't come yet, so I asked the staff to put it into a take away cup, which they were happy to do. Thank you for being such a wonderful restaurant and so flexible and accommodating for families with small kids.
View on GoogleI came here to kill time because all the coffee shops near the station were occupied with people. It was crazy. I ordered a small Matcha cold latte with green tea ice cream and Shiratama mochi balls. Self-service water was nice. I sat at a table with a nice view of the sky.
