This place has lovely sets for udon, soba, oyakodon, and a few other items. The service is slow bit the food tastes great and is reasonably priced. The owner is friendly, and the interior has relaxing wood seating and trim. This place is casual, and it's worth a visit.

A place you'd call a neighborhood soba shop. The soba is very firm and delicious. The tempura has a somewhat soggy coating (a home-style type), but considering the cooking and how it works with the sauce, I like it quite a lot. You can drink the soba water too, so it feels like great value.

It's been about 13 years since I started eating at なかざき. Besides soba, the udon, ramen, and even summer hiyashi chuka all use handmade noodles. There is a wide variety of individual dishes and set meals, an owner who tries new things like original menu items, and a friendly proprietress. I recommend it. The calm interior is comfortable, mostly with table seating, but there's also a mini tatami area for 4 people. Families with small children are welcome too. The soba's origin changes depending on the current supply and is posted on the wall. Besides regular seiro, there's also inaka soba. The soba water is like a rich, creamy potage soup, and it's delicious〜 Many celebrities, athletes, and announcers also visit this restaurant. On January 26, 2019, I went for my first meal of the year. The shrimp tomato curry tsukemen was delicious too. It has an Italian flavor, and adding rice at the end transforms it into risotto: tsukemen that's delicious twice. You can choose soba, udon, or ramen noodles.

Always consistently delicious. They no longer open in the evening, but I sincerely hope they keep going forever, even if it's only at lunchtime!

A lovely soba restaurant in a residential neighborhood. The proprietress's brisk service was very pleasant. Since it was my first visit, I chose a large mori soba. The portion was generous, and there was plenty of dipping sauce. The wasabi had a good kick too. The soba was thick and firm, but flavorful and delicious. Next time, I'd like to try a set too. Thank you for the meal!
