I went to this restaurant couple of days ago and I was really disappointed. Usually they have delicious pizza and since this restaurant not so far from my home I often go there. When I went there last time during lunch/they have this salad corner and I got some, but from the cabbage I found a dead fly and they didn’t even bother to say sorry to me. Also we ordered two pizzas and margarita pizza crust/underneath/ was tooo salty that my lip was stung. I cannot believe I get this service from such a lovely place. Very disappointed :/

View on GoogleWaited for about 20 minutes before they announced to us (and others who were waiting) that they had no more pizzas left. This was at around 13:25, so it was hardly late in the day. Was incredibly disappointed, especially with how the staff were so unapologetic about the whole thing. Went to a much nicer place with better customer service in the end.
View on GoogleBest Pizza in Japan! For me, it was the best Pizza I have ever eaten in Japan! The atmosphere was very nice and the service was excellent! I recommend this restaurant to everyone! :)
