I had doubts about the treatment itself, but I was especially concerned about hygiene. I chose the Parisienne Lash Lift, but the result was not lifted to 80 degrees, and I felt there was a difference from what had been explained. Also, the staff member treating me was not wearing a mask and blew their nose and sneezed at very close range during the treatment. Afterward, they continued touching my eye area and face directly without disinfecting their hands or anything similar, which made me very uncomfortable and anxious. Since an eyelash perm involves working extremely close to a customer's face, I think basic hygiene measures such as wearing a mask and disinfecting hands are essential. I also actually became ill a few days after the treatment, so the low level of hygiene awareness made me very concerned. Before addressing technical skills, I would like them to reconsider how to create an environment where customers can receive treatment with peace of mind.

I've been coming since the shop first opened. Honestly, the variation in skill between staff members is so huge that it's upsetting…. I planned to request the person who initially treated me once I learned their name on my next visit, but I haven't seen them for a while, and perhaps staff turnover is high because I feel like I see unfamiliar staff every time (lol) For reference, both photos were taken on the day of treatment. The first is by my favorite staff member, and the second is the most recent one. It's very difficult to say this, but I feel the lashes at the outer corners aren't lifted at all, and the tips are uneven, or bent…. Since I'm paying the same amount, I'd like consistent results.. It's convenient to visit and they work efficiently, so I really do find it useful... (Update) Management replies quickly, huh. Their reply originally said, “Please understand that we have staff who have just started,” but now it's been changed to something about the lash growth cycle～! This is my opinion after coming for over 1 year; I think it's best to request an experienced staff member whenever possible♪

I got a staff member whose customer service was awful. This was the first time I'd been treated so carelessly when getting an eyelash perm. They also didn't apply the complimentary serum offered for a review. The explanations were insufficient too. I think it depends on the staff member, but I wanted ordinary customer service.

By far the worst treatment I've ever received. Inexplicably domineering, a sloppy result, and no complimentary serum application for a review either. I can only think they have no respect for customers.
