I visited "Ramen Sho" near Kichijoji Station and enjoyed a satisfying tsukemen meal. The rich tonkotsu dipping broth paired wonderfully with the noodles, which came topped with wood ear mushrooms, wakame, seaweed, a soft-boiled egg, and chashu pork. Having tabletop condiments like fresh garlic and takana mustard greens to customize the flavor was a great bonus. The side rice bowl topped with shredded pork, egg, and green onions was also very tasty.
View on GoogleAwesome food. Good price. Authentic experience! The food was hot and ready quickly. Lots of add-your-own toppings to choose from; pressed fresh garlic at your table! We had a group of five with children and we walked in and sat right away. The kids said it was the best ramen in Tokyo. Will be back!
View on GoogleReally lovely atmosphere (bench tables mainly with two small tables out back). Good fresh noodles with three types of pork is their main dish. Soup is nice. Refill ramen is 100 yen which is in line with most places. Lovely gentleman helped us as we don't speak Japanese. Vending machine is all in Japanese but the pictures match the boards out front which helps! Will come again.
View on GoogleVery tasty ramen! The recommended ramen had 3 types of meat, and they were all tasty and tender. The soup base was nice and rich, and not overly salty. You pay by machine at the front. They ask you how you would like the noodles, either hard or soft. There is also some spicy bean sprouts, raw garlic, and other small sides at each counter seat.
View on GoogleTasty, a lot of toppings, noddle potion and bowl is big.
