I'm writing this review not because I've been there, but now I have a dream of going to your restaurant and to Japan! I got your address from a cup I bought at a second-hand store in a small town in Thailand. I immediately fell in love with the design and asked the gpt chat where it was from and what it said. He said it was a cup from a restaurant and here's his address. See you later and thanks for the cup.😋😌😉
View on GoogleI went here with my parents. The service was amazing. The prices were very reasonable. Next time I am in this area I am definitely coming here.
View on GoogleA long-established, old-fashioned sushi restaurant. I always enjoy delicious sushi here. The prices are reasonable too.
View on GoogleBetter value and tastier than conveyor-belt sushi. I had the 1.5-person serving of nigiri sushi for 1,200円 at lunch for the first time in a while. It comes with a mini salad and clear soup. The price has gone up, but you can still enjoy sushi made by a skilled chef at a fair price. The portion is too much for me, so I asked for less rice. The summer service of cold tea in a chuhai glass is a nice touch. The hand towels are cloth too. There is no parking space. A few bicycles could probably fit in front of the restaurant.
View on GoogleI visited 「柳橋幸寿司」 in Sekimae, Musashino City. The moment you pass through the noren curtain, the restaurant greets you with a somehow nostalgic atmosphere and the aroma of careful craftsmanship. First, the assorted sashimi. Tuna, salmon, vinegar-cured mackerel, white fish, and even herring roe and shellfish… The selection feels like tasting an entire season on one plate. Every slice is thick, and its savory flavor spreads through your mouth along with a springy texture. The contrast between the fatty toro and the firm, pleasantly crunchy shellfish is especially wonderful. The accompanying rolled omelet has a gentle sweetness and makes a perfect final bite. Next, the simmered sea bream. The plump flesh falls apart at the touch of chopsticks, and the depth of the dashi and the fish's sweetness slowly spread over your tongue. With a little of the simmering sauce, it is so delicious that you find yourself wanting to order another drink. The chef's easygoing personality makes this a place where you enjoy not just the food, but the time itself. If you're looking for 「a truly delicious Japanese dish」 in the Musashino area, this is a standout restaurant I really hope you'll visit.
